The Airport Ground Transportation Association Fall 2025 Conference will be held in San Antonio, TX, September 21-24, 2025. The conference theme is focused on technology-driven innovations shaping the future of airport ground transportation. Attendees will hear from industry thought leaders who have successfully implemented advanced technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ground transportation operations. Conference sessions will showcase solutions and provide professionals with an opportunity to learn about how to shape the future of airport ground transportation in their operations. Topics to be discussed include: innovative curb management strategies; marketing ground transportation services; real-time data and analytics; and smart curb and parking management innovations.

The conference room rate is $189. This rate will only be available through August 22, 2025; however, the rate will no longer be available if our room block fills up prior to this cut-off date.

We’re excited to continue the great momentum from our previous conference by kicking off the San Antonio conference with our Golf Event. Steve Womack of CK Consulting has once again organized this event.
For conference attendees who are interested in participating, the golf event will be Sunday, September 21 at 8:00 AM at the Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio, just 20 minutes from our hotel. This unique course, carved out of a century-old rock quarry, offers unforgettable views and a challenging layout for all skill levels.
The cost is $135 per player and includes green fees, cart, and range balls. Please note: Your regular conference registration fee does not include the golf event. If you want to participate in this specific event, you will need to sign up by contacting Steve Womack.
