The Airport Ground Transportation Association Fall 2025 Conference will be held in San Antonio, TX September 21-24, 2025. The conference theme is focused on technology-driven innovations shaping the future of airport ground transportation. Attendees will hear from industry thought leaders who have successfully implemented advanced technologies that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ground transportation operations. Conference sessions will showcase solutions and provide professionals with an opportunity to learn about how to shape the future of airport ground transportation in their operations. Topics to be discussed include: innovative curb management strategies; marketing ground transportation services; real-time data and analytics; and smart curb and parking management innovations.
Our preliminary meeting agenda will be shared in the coming weeks. We are zeroing in on technology applications driving the future of airport ground transportation.

The conference room rate is $189. This rate will only be available through August 22, 2025; however, the rate will no longer be available if our room block fills up prior to this cut-off date.
